CAPP engaged the Institute for Accountable Care (IAC) to review recent literature to assess research on the characteristics and performance of accountable care organizations and physician groups.

Employers and health care providers are talking – finally. The two groups are discovering common goals and new solutions to improve health care quality, the consumer experience, and affordability.

It took a few years and a pandemic for the idea of “telehealth” to evolve into comprehensive digital pathways for patient care. Integrated health care delivery systems now offer end-to-end journeys.
